How long will it take to get my package?

Once you place an order, a confirmation email including Estimated Delivery Date will be sent to you.

Estimated Delivery Date = Processing Time + Shipping Time

How can I track my order?

To track your order, simply contact service@mixbridal.com for your Tracking ID and information.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We apologize but Mix Bridal does not ship to P.O. boxes and any freight forwarding companies for safety reasons. If an order is placed with a forwarding company as the shipping address, the order will be on hold until we can confirm an alternative address or order cancellation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

While we will do our best to lower the value amount to avoid customs, duties and taxes, sometimes it may be unavoidable. Mix Bridal are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur in your country.
