RETURNS REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
CAN I CANCEL MYORDER?
Yes, of course! However, if you cancel your order after 24 hours of confirmation,you will not receive a full refund since all our dresses are made to order. For more information, please refer to the details provided in the link below.
WHAT IS MIXBRIDAL'S RETURN POLICY?
We would hate to make a returns policy long and confusing, so MIX Bridal promises that if dresses you receive are made wrongly, defective or not the same as advertised, you can send them back for full refunds or exchanges, within 14 days upon receiving them.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
It's super easy! Just throw an email at service@mixbridal.com, our customer service team will help you with the rest of things.
Please note: We cannot accept returns on personalized items such as custom size dresses.
WHEN WILL MYREFUND PROCESS BACK ONTO MY BANK STATEMENT?
Your refund should appear on your account within 3-10 business days after it is issued, depending on your financial institution.
SHIPPING
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
Please reach us at service@mixbridal.com with photos of damaged package, our customer service team will help you to solve the problem ASAP!
MY ORDER SHIPPED TO WRONG THE ADDRESS. HOW CAN I UPDATE?
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to update your delivery address.
We regret to inform you that we cannot alter the destination of your order once it has been shipped. However, you may contact the local office of carriers to inquire if they can assist you in this matter.
HOW CAN I TRACK MYORDER?
A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. Sometimes, it takes up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to become active.
DO YOU SHIP TO COUNTRIES OTHER THAN U.K.?
Yes, we are based in U.K., but we ship worldwide!

ARE THE COLORS ON YOUR SITE TRUE TO LIFE?
Pictures often distort colors. We recommend you get color swatches if you want to be sure.
HOW TO AVOID COLOR VARIATIONS?
It is recommended that all dresses for the same bridal party are purchased together to avoid any color variations. If you are purchasing dresses separately, please ensure that you email us the order number immediately after placing the order. We will begin tailoring your dresses after the last order is confirmed. Please also try to complete all orders within one week and remember
to notify us when all orders are placed.
DO I NEED TO FIND A PROFESSIONAL SEAMSTRESS TO TAKE MY CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS?
Not at all ! We have a very clear and easy-to-followHow to Measure Guide, so you can just find a friend or family to help! Please do follow our Measuring Guide even you seek help from a professional seamstress.
DO YOU PROVIDE ALTERATION SERVICES?
Sorry, we do NOT provide any alteration services currently.
MAY I PURCHASE EXTRA FABRIC?
Yes, of course. Extra fabrics can be purchased at here: Color Swatches & Fabric
MY MEASUREMENTS ARE LARGER/SMALLER THAN YOUR LARGEST/SMALLEST SIZE, WHAT DO I DO?
In such cases, we would recommend you go for custom size dresses. However, it is important to compare your measurements with our size chart carefully before making a decision.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Credit card/debit card and PayPal.
HOW CAN I MAKE SURE MY PAYMENT HAS GONE THROUGH ?
Simply log into your account with us and find your order in your "Order History. If you order status says "Order Confirmed" or "Processing", then it means we have confirmed your payment. If your order status says "Pending", then your payment didn't go through. You can mouse over the question mark near "Pending" for instructions on how to complete the payment again.
HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE OF MY ORDER ?
Log into your account with us, find your order in your "Order History", click the order id, you can then find the ETA of your order on the top "Order Details".
